A Letter To Donald J. Trump

Hey gang! In light of recent events including the admirable march for women on Chicago and London and that misogynist pig Trump becoming president just this week, I have decided to write a letter to the president himself. Sure, there is a good chance he will not read it, but with the small chance that he might, I want you all to be able to see what is inside it, and the points I am trying to make.

“Dear Mr Trump,

I don’t know how you have done it but since giving misogynistic views about women for as long as you have worked in politics and then continuing these on during your stand for president, you have managed to become one of the most powerful men in the world. You have told a country of your plans to overrule any old laws and replace them with ones which are simply bigotry and racist and furthermore are still degrading half of the world’s population with every speech you give.

I may be British, but this does not mean that I am not offended by the things you say. As a woman I have held witness to you telling a woman she would “look pretty on her knees”, as a white caucasian with many black friends, I have seen you remove black citizens from a crowd because you do not care if you are racist to the minority, and as a human with a mind and emotions, I have read your pathetic excuse for why you ran for president be written in People Magazine, 1998; “If I were to run for President, I would run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country. They love anything on Fox News. You saw what happened after 9/11! I could lie and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific.”

I am sorry Mr Trump, but are the “dumbest group of voters in the country” of America dumb because they believe in hope? Does it not occur to you that those voting for your pathetic lies are doing so because they believe that you genuinely want to help them? Furthermore, do you not remind yourself of one of the most famous evil men in history?

I may be going out on a limb here when I make such a strong comparison between you and Adolf Hitler, but how about we look at the facts? Hitler was a well loved leader of a country before he began a mass extermination of the Jews that he hated, you Mr Trump are following this lead. You have openly said that you want to organise “a complete shutdown of Muslims entering the country”, a smart woman called Ms Whitman has said that of you brush up on your history, this is the exact same kind of rhetoric that allowed World War II to begin! As a country, I do not believe that America has felt this kind of fear for their Muslim/black/religious community since the 1930s and 1940s when we first witnessed the bigotry and segregation/discrimination of a minority. One person on Tumblr even created the following comparison between you both:

untitled

Call me extravagant for supporting such a comparison, but I would say the evidence is pretty clear what a racist fascist you are. Then again, I could be asked why am I bothering to tell you this? The reason I am even taking the time out of my day to speak to you is because someone has to make you understand that you may have become President, but you will NEVER be remembered as a good one. If we return back to Hitler, is he remembered as a great and poweful leader? No he isn’t, and I will damn well make sure that you’re not either.

No President has been perfect. Even the well-loved Barack Obama did not fulfill all the promises that he made to the country, but he restored their patriotic views and in turn brought happiness back to the people by supporting their young people and minorities to stand up and take their steps to doing what is great in this world. This is something that you have managed to deminish in seconds of becoming President.

If we want to compare you further to Mr Obama, we can safely say that there is none. Just look at the way he treats Michelle and the way you treat Melania. You get others to escort her down the stairs and you never tell her that you love her in public. Of course, this is not how love works, but it seems to be that the rest of the world is more able to come together and share love as one, than you can with your own damn wife.

If you need yet again another example, I point you in the direction of the Women’s Marches on Chicago, London, Antarctica, women are strong and love shairng people, You may laugh at us and degrade us by saying “the women had to march because they can’t drive” and “many men went without sandwiches for their lunch that day”. Well Mr Trump, how about in this world where you believe that men are superior, can you not make your own fucking sandwiches? If men are so amazing and can do everything themselves, then why is the biggest killer of men under 40 suicide? Because they’re unable to let out their emotions in this society because of people like YOU. You claim men should be strong and that women are weak, when in many cases, without women such as wives, and friends, and children, more men would also be dead.

As generations come into this world I will make it my mission to demonstrate to them that are one of the worst human beings to ever be on the planet. I want to wish you luck with the Presidency Mr Trump, but I also want to warn you that there is no doubt in my mind you will be in great danger if you continue in such a racist, sexist, bigotry way. You can walk around with your bullet proof suits and cars, but never ever will you rile our country and in 4 years time when they review your time in Office, I am damn sure you will be removed almost immediately.

Congratulations on dividing a country once great and angering thousands around you. You are the singular most vile person that has ever come to power in the entire world. Enjoy Mr Trump, for all our sakes, I hope that I am wrong about everything I have just said, and if I am, I’ll apologise personally.

I am aware to many of you that this may have been a very strong and controversial post and some of the opinions express may offend. I would like to point out that this is not the aim and that I am not speaking on behalf of anyone but myself. I intend to send a letter extremely similar to this to Trump himself, he needs to hear that we’re not happy with his ruling and he needs to be taken down.

Take charge girls, and keep going to those marches! We deserve it!

With love,

Emma xxxx
