My New Found Love

Hey milklets!

So thanks to Neon Music who I occasionally have the honour of writing music reviews for, I was able to go to the Soho Music Festival today and watch some great acts do their thing!

After this amazing show I felt like going shopping and avoided buying too much but admittedly I have a little bit of an addiction to makeup! And it’s always a bonus when you know full well it’s cruelty free (a movement I back and want to become more invested in doing constantly.)

I went to Nyx Cosmetics in Stratford and fell in love at the Shadow Bar where they had the most amazingly pigmented shadows that you could select and arrange into your own palette box.

The palette boxes were Β£5 and each regular shadow form then on was Β£2.50. The shinier shadows were about Β£4.50 which I know is pricey but I couldn’t resist!

In order of what colours I bought there is STFU πŸ’› Blue Jeans πŸ‘– LOL πŸ˜‚ After Party πŸŽ‰ Ultraviolet πŸ’œ Whimsical 🐦 Dank πŸ’š Mermaid πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈ and Dollface πŸ‘±πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

The pigment is amazing and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for some new shadows!

I couldn’t resist getting a new glitter too and it is so beautiful, I’ll make sure to instagram it when I use it! The one I bought is in the shade Crystal.

I was also super lucky because when I spent over Β£25 I got a free matte lipstick. It’s not a colour I would normally choose but I think it’ll look cute on:

That’s in the shade After Hours!

I am so excited to use my new palette and loved the Soho Music Festival. The videos above feature Lots Holloway and Emocion Music. Check them out on instagram they’re great!

With love,

Emma xxxx
